Mission
Most next-generation materials never reach the market — not because the chemistry doesn't work, but because the path from kilogram-scale samples to a fundable industrial line is too long, too expensive, and too risky for any single team to walk alone.
Loonshot Factory is built to shorten that path. We run an independent pilot site, operate shared and dedicated lines for partners, and produce the data packs that turn a promising material into a decision the next investor, customer or regulator can act on.
How we work
Independent
We do not licence a single technology and we are not anyone's promotional vehicle. The data we produce stands on its own.
Operated, not rented
Our team runs the equipment, owns the calibration, and signs off the data. You get reproducibility, not an empty hall.
Confidential by default
NDAs first. Sample handling, recipes and process windows stay with you.
Honest about scope
We pilot and validate. We do not sell EPCM, engineering, or commercial-line construction.

Loonshot Factory Oy is a Finnish company headquartered in Lemi, South Karelia. The site sits inside an active industrial cluster with good road and rail access to Helsinki, Lappeenranta and the Vuoksi corridor.
