Pilot line — HEILI
Versatile pilot-scale paper and packaging machine with full stock preparation, chemical dosing, vacuum and water systems. Documented P&IDs (FBX series) for every loop. About 40 % of the line is open for client-specific modifications.

Stock preparation
From bale to headbox: pulping, refining, screening, approach flow, and the supporting water, vacuum and chemical systems. Built for non-wood furnish as much as for OCC and virgin pulp.

Dry lab — paper & board physical testing
Bench testing to ISO / TAPPI / EN on every reel set. 36.0 m² of dedicated dry-lab space built out by NN-House Oy in 2023.

Wet lab & pulp testing
Furnish development, freeness, fibre morphology and handsheet preparation. 26.5 m² wet lab plus 17.2 m² ISO 187 conditioning room (23 °C ± 1 °C, 50 % ± 2 % RH).

07 — NETWORK
Extended testing network
Beyond the on-site lab we route samples to a network of external laboratories — 60+ industrial tests covering barrier (OTR, WVTR), food-contact compliance (EN 1230, ISO 15320), advanced strength (SCT, ring crush, ECT), chemical analysis and sensory evaluation. The full test menu is available on request.
